GameBanana is still blocking most traffic to their download endpoints, so all downloads are currently unavailable.
Your existing mods will continue to work, and you can still add new mods manually, either by placing them directly in your addons folder or using the Add Mod tab.

If you add mods manually to addons folder, run "Analyze Local Addons" afterward. The mod manager should detect most of them (as long as they’re at least 24 hours old).

Apologies for the disruption. We’re actively working on a permanent solution by building our own storage system for mod files to prevent this from happening again.
